I’m curious what it means to you to have your freedom.

I was thinking about this earlier as I have been taking Divine right actions for the past 25 years in various businesses.
Sometimes it was challenging. Sometimes it was fun.

When we take action from an inspired place the universe is on our side. We are riding the flow and energy of the universe.
Do you realize how powerful you are to create consistent miracles?
There is a big light inside of you that can bring you all that you truly desire!
Stand in that light! Show it off to the world.
Claim what it is that you want. Get out of the way. Allow it to come to you.
Let your universe open up to you.
And pretend those fireworks are going off inside of you!

I Love Mondays Because I Raise My Vibration Higher!
Since it is Monday I decided it was time to finally post this fun video “I Love Mondays!”
In January I attended the Attract Wealth Seminar created by Joe Vitale and Mark Ryan. The weekend was great and it was wonderful to connect with so many like minds…many whom I had already met at previous weekends and others whom I met for the first time.
The Monday after I went to Wimberley to Bill Hibbler’s house with my friends Twenty Twenty and Carol Wingert plus Bruce Muzik and a former Miss America! The day turned into magic as we began jumping on the trampoline. Every time I watch this it is like I am there and it raises my vibration higher.
What can you do right now to raise your vibration?

Law of Attraction – Visualize and Feel Your Desires In Your Bones
Whatever failures or frustrations you may have experienced in your life has little or nothing to do with fate. There is nobody to blame as that just brings more of the same and probably in increased amounts. You create your own fate!
Yes! It’s true!
According to the law of attraction, the areas you place and focus your attention on will grow. So if you worry about what is going on in your life or what may happen to you, the outcome will be exactly what you were worried might happen. If you fear failure of some kind then then that is what you will experience.
The more you worry and the more it turns out to be as you worried it to be the more and more of this you will experience! You will continue to reinforce and continue to experience that which you do not want and your life experiences will be the same.
Create a new kind of circle filled with peace and joy and all that you desire!
Slowly begin to see success and happiness for yourself. More than that imagine what that success and happiness would feel like. Put those feelings in your body. Close your eyes and pretend that you have this great life already! The more you practice the more you will see and believe that it is possible. Begin to focus on the positive and you will even begin to feel better and it can happen faster than you think!
Just begin to shift your thoughts a little at a time. One step at a time…that’s right!
Happiness can be that simple if you let it. Start to picture a happy life in your mind and place all your focus and attention on it. Start to believe that you are meant to experience happiness, success and good fortune in all areas of your life. You have the power within to do this!
Pay attention to your your emotions and feelings in every moment that you can. Raise your awareness about how you are feeling in each moment. Sometimes you may not feel good. That is ok. Let yourself feel all your feelings. If you have to cry then cry. If you want to laugh then laugh. Being here on earth gives the opportunity to experience a myriad of emotions. Just be aware of the fact that the vibes you send out play a big part in creating your life. Your vibes are your emotions.
Claim what you want. Hang out with people that are positive and learn from them. Be optimistic and allow those good fortunes to come to you.
Know that you are always in the perfect place and are always moving forward even when it seems like you are not.
You are here to live the good life!

Wendi Friesen, Hypnotic Healing Part 1
I had the wonderful opportunity to attend Pat O’Byan’s UnSeminar 6 in San Antonio this past weekend to hear an array of beyond fabulous speakers such as Joe Vitale, Wendi Friesen, Eric Farewell, Bill Hibbler, Tony Laidig, Lee Collins, Simon Leung and Craig Perrine!
I did not get much sleep that weekend from partying so if I left your name out please forgive me and do let me know!
Plus I met so many new people and reconnected with others such as Chuck Pennignton, Mando Fierro and MJ Schrader! Happy Birthday MJ!
Wendi Friesen gave us a brilliant presentation about being who we really are and using that to market ourselves in videos on YouTube.
She showed us various, hilarious videos that she produced on her own that drive thousands of people to her already popular website! I have been practicing that wonderful french accent in my head Wendi but we will see if I am actually able to get that into something that sounds somewhat audible!
Her presentation will be available in the somewhat near future from Pat O’Bryan! (Pat, I LOVE your newly designed website).
Anyway I went to look at some of Wendi’s videos because she is such a role model. You see I just created my very first physical product and she has produced what seems like hundreds! My product is about healing and manifestation and that is what Wendi is all about in her unique way. So I’m thinking maybe I can actually learn how to market myself in the fun way that Wendi does.
I ran accross this video called Hypnotic Healing, Part 1 and I wanted to share it with you. See it below. Her explanation is first and then the hypnotic part. If you ask me everything about Wendi is hypnotic though 🙂

Trust The Universe It Sees The Big Picture
Last Tuesday, May 19th to be exact I launched my Spiritual Grid Manifestation DVD and it was exactly one year to the day that I sold my previous business. I tried to launch on May 1st because that was my 25th anniversary of being in business. Then I tried to launch on May 10 because that was a big, marker birthday for me.
I was trying to make it happen on one of those days because I thought it would be good to launch on an auspicious day. And it would be!
Only the universe knows what is best and I have always learned to trust. What if everyday was auspicious and we did not feel the need to make it happen the way we think it should or the way others think.
I just decided to let go and when I did the universe stepped in and took over. That is what the universe is here for. It sees the big picture. When we hold onto the way we think our life has to happen we limit ourselves.
In fact I was planning on telling the entire world that day about my launch. I have all sorts of emails lists all over the place and was going to sit in my chair for hours just announcing to everyone what I had just accomplished.
Then my marketing consultant Susan Rosenthal called me and wanted to know how I was going to celebrate. I told her that I did not have any thoughts or plans to celebrate at all.
She suggested that I take the time to celebrate what I had just accomplished. Susan told me that most people do not make it as far as I have. I mean I sold a business a year before and now I had created my first physical product, my life’s work to help others create the kind of lived they have only dreamed about until now.
She suggested that I take time off that day and go to the woods and thank the universe for what it has given to me. She said that the universe gave me this technology to practice and refine over several years and now it was time to say thank you. Susan also suggested that ask the universe what else it wants from me and that I ask how it wants me to market the DVD. Since the universe gave me the technology it will also give me the marketing plan.
Yes! I get that!
It was perfect because I had filmed part of the DVD in the woods! So that is where I went.
I decided to hike in the trails and this was the first time that I hiked on my own. At first I felt scared. I was afraid to begin the trail because I was afraid I would not be able to find my way out. A few tears even begain shedding and that was so interesting to me.
Being the spiritual person I am I seem to always look at the meaning of everything that I am doing and how it all relates.
So what I saw was that this hike in the woods was a metaphor for my launch. I had never hiked the trails on my own and I had never created and launched a DVD on my own!
There were so many twists and turns in the woods. Do I go this way or that way I kept asking myself. I wondered if I would really be able to find my out safely. As I walked deeper and deeper into the woods and at some point I just let go. It trusted. I realized that I would find my way out of there one way or another.
I realized that I would find my way in the marketing of my new DVD and the creation and production of other products! In fact, when I gave Dr. Joe Vitale a copy of my DVD the other day in Wimberley he gave me an idea for a series of DVD’s!
And this morning on my walk around the park I had another idea. So yes I will always find my way.
And even though I was not sure how to find my way out of the trails on my own when I was really ready I asked a few cute men on their bikes and they simply showed me the way 🙂
So trust the process. Trust in the universe. There will always be someone there to guide you!

The Manifestation and Creation of a Law of Attraction DVD
I did not start out desiring a DVD of my very own. It just happened..well sort of like that!
For many years I have been refining what I thought was a simple manifestation technique. After selling my ergonomic business May 2008 and taking the summer off to rest I was all ready to write my book in September of 2008. I hired an assistant and together we organized my house and garage and I was all set to begin.
oops..Mother Nature had another idea! Hurricane Ike blew through town and I attempted to locate some electricity in a quiet, relaxing place in Houston to write my book. No such luck!
Sometimes in life we must learn to let go to allow for growth and new experiences. The Hurricane Ike aftermath was one of the best and most difficult experiences I ever had. The good that came out of it allowed me to clean out my mind of all that was not working anymore. It brought up emotions that were long buried so that I could release them.
Once my mind was freed up of these old ways of being (and even of a couple of people) I was able to start seeing my “technique” more clearly. I started to wonder how some of my ideas and techniques were related and wondered who I could talk to about it.
Then I read an email from Dr. Joe Vitale about his Rolls Royce Mastermind and my body said “YES!” while my brain said “What? Are you crazy?” I admit. It was expensive. But I did it anyway and what an experience it was! Luckily the other mastermind expert was Pat O’Bryan!
Within the first 10 minutes in the Rolls Royce Phantom Joe helped me see that I did not create a technique. I had actually created a manifestation technology instead! It made sense as I had created a body of information about this idea over the years. So that was how my ideas were all related. They were part of the same technology!
Then it was Pat who looked at me and wanted to know if I needed any accountability…i.e…Did I need any help to make it happen? Well all I knew was that I did not spend all that money on the Rolls Royce Mastermind to not take action!!

That is when the fun began. I decided to take Joe and Pat’s advice to lead a weekend workshop and videotape it. This task seemed easy enough for me to handle.
It was a lot more difficult than I thought though!
First you must make sure to hire the right videograoher…one that fits your personality and is able to share in your vision and has the technical expertise for your project. Ok so my second videographer fit that order!
I tried to make it work with the first one because I had already paid her a nice sum of money but after many shooting errors and untimely delivery of the video on disk I finally let it go and hired someone even more perfect.
We did the necessary reshooting in a nearby park and together we edited the video in ways that kept expanding and changing. I am very pleased with the DVD and believe you will be too!

With more than 20 years of working with clients I refined and integrated everything I know about the body, spirituality and the law of attraction to create a multi-layered, advanced manifestation technology.
The original technique that was the beginning of the technology employs the BODY as a MANIFESATION TOOL..It is really cool!

The Planning of My First LIVE Law of Attraction Event
This past Saturday, Feb 21, 2009 I led my first public workshop about the Spiritual Grid Manifestation Technology which I have been developing over the past few years.
In attendance were the best people I could have imagined as they were extremely supportive of me.
I had the sheer guts not only teach this “out there” material in the public but I also had it professionally videotaped! So there were all sorts of technical issues that occurred that I did not plan for!!
The 60 minute tapes only lasted 40 minutes so we took more breaks. I fought the idea of wearing makeup only having to succumb to it in the end. I do admit that after seeing some of the video it is a good idea to wear makeup. My fear was that everyone would be able to actually see the makeup but all they really see is me! Without the makeup I would looked washed out so thank you to all who helped with that. I DID do my own hair though and all we had to do was brush it later in the day!
The person who was going to help assist me for the workshop was not able to make it so I was managing it all on my own. It was all perfect because I was given the opportunity to see what was necessary for next time.
There is sooo much more to consider when you are planning a LIVE event!
Here are some things I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that is going to present a LIVE workshop:
1: Make a List of What is Necessary & Include the following:
Hire an assistant who is available to help you the entire week before your event and to attend your event. Have assistant take notes and make all the lists of things that must get done.
I suggest professional help with hair and makeup especially if you are planning to videotape your event. You will want help with lunch, handouts, binders, preparing space, nametags, checking in attendees, bringing materials to space, arranging chairs and tables, snacks, drinks, packing up at the end of the day and much more. Start planning in advance and keep a list of all that must be done. Include your assistant in every bit of the planning.
The only thing you want to be doing is preparing yourself and your material for the workshop!
2: Take Care of YOU!
Rest your body the week before your workshop. Get a massage. Get plenty of sleep. Exercise. Stretch. Make sure you eat regular and healthy meals and drink plenty of water. All of this will help you prepare your mind and body for the big day!
3: Create a Workshop Schedule
Have a general idea of what you will be speaking about and when. It is possible that you might change the schedule but having this will be a big help! Your assistant can help with this! Be sure to include plenty of rest breaks so that your attendees can be at their best. I provided a healthy array of snacks from my favorite store..If you can guess which store then tweet me at @wendygyoung. The first one who guesses correctly will win an iLoveU t-shirt from me. Yes! 4: Meet with Vendors:
If you plan to videotape your event be sure to meet with potential videographers to get a feel for who they are. Ask for references and check them out. Do not pay for everything in advance. Give them a deposit and then pay them in increments along the way. Pay them after they have shot the video and given you the raw video. Then pay them in full only after you have received the final edited video unless you are editing on your own. Edit on your own only if you know how. You want to get your product out there in reasonable amount of time after you present.
Be sure to tour several meeting spaces before you make your decision. Consider the layout of the room and the additional services offered. Do they provide hot water for tea, bottled water and snacks? This is essential as your workshop participants must have something to drink during the day if you want them to have sustainable energy to listen to your presentation.

Social Networking Etiquette Coffee Talk
This my first blog where I have the opportunity to rant and rave and I am so excited!!
Earlier I tweeted from my Blackberry that I was at Whole Foods drinking a cup of coffee and I received a tweet from someone —
“@WendyGYoung do you realize how bad coffee is for you?”
Wow!! This person does not even know me. I cannot recall ever receiving a tweet from this person to begin developing a relationship. What a way to create a first impression!
That was interesting social etiquette in my humble opinion but what do I know? I am not a social networking expert. But I do believe I have good social etiquette. If I was wanting to make a good impression and convince someone that I knew what was correct for them I would make sure I knew more about them first!
Like did she realize that I do not drink coffee every day and that when I do it is usually organic? Or that I have started practically each day since 1997 drinking Yerba Matte tea? Or that I drink green tea and those yummy green drinks?
Or that when I travel I look for the first health food store I can..usually Whole Foods? Or that I read all the labels on the packaged food? Or that most of my food is fresh?
And does she realize that I have never taken a puff on a cigarette and that I VERY rarely drink?!!!
Or that I have been an avid health nut for years eating plenty of veggies and fruits and balance my meals with those fun happy fats and protein, including lots of fish with all those good for you Omega’s?
And does she know that for years I have consulted with a Phd nutritionist to make sure I am on the right track?
Nope. She does not know any of those things!
Because she did not take the time to KNOW me.
If she did she would know what I am about.
And there is so much more to know about me regarding everything! It certainly will not fit in one blog entry and some of it is for me only!
She would not know that I believe that my healthy belief system keeps me healthy even if I every so often decide to even drink a cup of non-organic coffee.
See I knew this was an opportunity to let this bounce off of me and create my first rant and rave blog entry.
So thank you for your coffee comment.
