Does any of this sound like you? This was me but I have been able to move through the pain of this and accept the gifts of these experiences and transform them into an empowered and joyful woman.

Take a moment and imagine the idea of enjoying the innocence of a happy, creative child with all the starry eyed questions and musings. Now blend that with the lessons and the awareness gained from your adult life experiences. Add in focus and intention towards acquiring your dreams and desires with some inspired action and you awaken the magic that lives inside of you.

For years I heard over and over that the “magic lived inside” of me but I did not understand. I was not able to connect with it because there were so many layers that covered this magical part of me up.

But there was always a voice that gave me the inner strength and courage to continue to do the work on my path. I always thought that I was looking for success in my life…mainly money and men.

Then one day I was scared about a health challenge and I then saw that my health was most important. I realized that without my physical health I had nothing.

And I took it much further inside. Without my true happiness and joy I have nothing. So that has been my pursuit all these years whether I realized it or not.

I had to suffer in many ways with my personal and business relationships in order to heal myself. Each one of these relationships was an outer expression of what was going on deep inside of me. This was a way to gage how well I was doing inside. I learned long ago that when I was able to see the gifts of these painful life experiences I would be healed in that area of my life.

I was not always fully conscious of this but there was that light inside that just kept guiding me to do my work no matter how painful it was at times. I had to learn how to stand for myself by trial and error. I had to learn how to stand for the fact that I took a stand for myself because as I began to dramatically change in the eyes of others I received much backlash.

It was a very painful journey. From early childhood everybody was always making me wrong even when I did the right and the loving things. I tried and tried to get people to see that I was worthy of their love but I never felt accepted because I did not accept myself.

This carried over into my adult life and it affected every single one of my relationships because the ultimate relationship is the one that I have with myself.

As much as you may not want to hear this sometimes we have to experience the grief, the loss, the tears, the unhappiness and disempowerment so that we have the contrast necessary to take back the power we gave away to others.

How do I define giving our power away?

To let others determine our worth or our value in whatever mean they choose.

What does it mean to take our power back?

To connect to the power that has lived inside since the day you arrived on this planet. To stand up for what you believe, speak your mind, say your peace and let go in love those who have hurt you…your master teachers. It is your birthright to be empowered and it is time to reclaim ownership of your power.

You might think you need a bit of luck and magic but all you need to do is unleash it. It is just all covered up inside with all the disappointment, the hurts, the loss, sadness, regret, anger and guilt.

What is Empowerment?
“EM” is defined as “In.” So to be empowered means to “Embody the power from within.” It is inherent in is. We must discover it and embrace it and live our life from that paradigm.

The ingredients to embracing empowerment are Courage, Confidence, Trust, Self Worth, Inspiration and much more.

What if you could begin to uncover and dismantle these unhappy and negative layers covering up your ideas, your innocence and joy?

As I mentioned my journey has been about becoming happy and joyful no matter what was going on in and around me. I took my journey extremely seriously. I am very, very deep. There is nothing you can share with me that would shock me. I have lived a life of fullness from extreme lows to extreme highs. Yet I managed to stay connected to a joy inside of me … even if sometimes it was only a single thread of joy. It was my courage that allowed me to do that. And the interesting thing is that I did not even notice this courage until this past year when I completed a dramatic piece of inner work.

At the core of what I want for everyone is to see the smile on their face and know they are happy. Quite simply that is what I want for you. It will change your life and rock your world.

All the good in life comes from this place of happiness and joy.

I thought a lot about what to price this program at. You will receive 30 daily emails from me with your “Empowered You in 30 Days Journey” exercises and practices. These are all original and inspired practices I have used for my own transformation and they have been carefully edited and arranged for you to receive the best results during this 30 day journey.

You will be invited to two live teleclasses that will literally neutralize the negative emotions and limiting beliefs and resistance that arise from doing the exercises. These transformative teleclasses will be recorded and you will receive the same impact from the recordings as if you participated live.

You will have the opportunity to participate in a forum on Facebook to record your wins from doing the exercises as well as the fears and resistances resulting from the exercises. You will have the opportunity to make new friends and be in community with others as you share and relate to each other. This is an important part of the process because as we are transforming the relationship with ourselves we are doing that with others in our lives.
