Art Opens the heART for more ART
The creation of art puts you in your divine flow. Creating in your divine flow is living in your heart. How to get in your heART now? Put pen, pencil or marker to paper and MOVE it across the page. Keep it going and flowing. Voila! You are drawing! Close your eyes if you don’t want to look at first. Then open your eyes and keep drawing. That is art. There is no wrong or right way. When you create art it naturally opens you to your creative flow. Love your art-filled life!!
Perfection in the Imperfection
OMG! What? You’re not perfect you say? Well where in the world did you get THAT idea? You are a perfect, whole, divine being just as you are. In fact take a look here at this art. The word PERFECT lives inside of IMPERFECTION. Both are divine. It is all divine. You are DIVINE and in the perfect place in the perfect time right now. Celebrate that with a big huge YES and clear the space for miracles!
Courage to Create Art Lives Deep Inside
The courage to create art already lives inside of you. It is your job to get in touch with it and to CLAIM it. You have everything it takes to be creative in the world. Reach in and grab it and hold onto it. It is yours now! I was not always so courageous when it came to my art. Once I finally had the courage to create art it took me years and years to even begin to think about sharing it! So, YOU are the well of courage. Be artful, share your art and open the doors to your creativity. Yes!
Art is Massage for the Spirit
There was a time when we considered massage for the body a luxury. As a previous corporate ergonomic consultant I observed how healing massage was for my clients who were in physical pain as much as I noticed how it helped me. Massage has been upgraded in the mainstream world to be a necessity to let go of aches and pains and increase range of motion.
What if art could heal the emotional pain? What if art in all its forms is why we are all here?
I believe that “Art is Massage for the Spirit.” Honor the artist in you by bringing it out into the world and be a part of healing the world through art!
