Authenticity and Being You
A few years ago a close friend of mine gave me a plaque for my birthday and today I am inspired to share it with you.
What it really means to me is to be who you are at your core. Stay true to yourself with all the chaos going on around you … whether in your personal life or in the world at large.
Be authentic.
Speak from your heart.
Be kind and loving.
Remember who you came here to be.
This will set you free from competition, fear and scarcity and will help you experience joys you have yet to imagine.
You deserve everything you dream about.
Be in gratitude for everything you experience in life now.
Breathe deeply several times a day and let it become a frequent behavior!
Open yourself to living your life in divine inspiration and creativity!
Take inspired actions with passion and joy.
Experience your most fulfilling life!
Love and Inspiration!

Swimming Keeps Me Connected to Source
I’ve been swimming several times per week since the beginning of the summer and have been noticing that I feel more connected to Source when I am in the water.
Since breathing during swimming is very conscious I notice a deeper connection to Source every time I take a breath. As I look up at the cosmos and see the sun I make a conscious connection several times while I am swimming laps.
Last weekend I had a session with a shaman for the first time and told her about my swimming experience and she told me that when we are in the water it is the closest thing to source. I thought that was pretty terrific to hear!
For a while my connection to Source was more conscious and intellectual than in the cells of my body or “in my bones.”
And I am sure there is still much of the conscious and intellectual connection with Source but in the past 10 days there has been a huge shift inside of me and I can feel Source in my body on much deeper level.
This deeper connection can occur for anyone. It takes a lot of conscious conversation with self, practice connecting to the cosmos, perhaps some coaching and classes and a whole lot more of things I have experienced personally and much that I have not experienced.
It takes commitment to be connected. Some will feel the connection faster and others will take much longer.
For me it has taken a lifetime it seems … well over two decades to be where I am. And I know that there is so much more to be connected to.
I will keep going for it is my nature to continue to grow personally. The more we can insert concepts into our body and mind and place our attention on them the more we will become connected deep within.
Lights begin to turn on inside … a little bit here and a little bit there … until the entire room is lit up.
I am feeling myself all lit up.
I am feeling myself being all lit up.
I am feeling myself being my light.
I am light.
I am.
I am that I am.

Conscious Language and Sacred Body Language
This past Monday a friend forwarded an email about a Conscious Language and Sacred Body Language intro class that Robert Tennyson Stevens would be giving the following night.
I felt inspired and asked her if she has ever taken any classes from him and if so how did it help her. She answered back that it helped her become more conscious of her words.
The next day I was already making excuses to myself about why I might not be able to go. I let my body get dehydrated from being in the sun and not drinking enough water the previous few days. At the end of the day I called my friend and said I might not go and told her why.
She told me to drink some water and come. I saw that as spirit telling me to take this seriously. It is so easy to buy into what someone is telling you as true but she did not and I am very grateful for her response.
I did drink some water and then I googled Robert Stevens and the first thing I was led to was one small paragraph. After just browsing the first two sentences I knew I had to be there. It was that simple. I was really inspired now.
So I rushed to get there and I was late and that was ok. I just knew it was on purpose for me.
I was mesmerized by what he had to say. I’ve been immersed in the study and practice of work in the area of the body and mind for over 25 years and this work seemed to bring everything I have learned together.
It would be too much for me to try and explain here.
I was gifted with a wonderful coaching session at the front of the room by “Bob” because I was ready for it. He told us that if anyone in the room had any symptoms in their body he would be doing a demonstration later in his talk.
When he made that announcement I knew I was going to have that experience. I felt it in my entire being. When he said “now is the time for whoever was going to be coached to come to the front of the room.” I was out of my seat in a split second and made my way from the back.
He asked me what my symptom was and I told him it was “pain in my left hip.”
He asked me what I was not moving forward in my life with. After a few moments I told him that I had not been moving forward in the area of speaking. The entire time he watched my every movement … if I scratched my nose, put my hand on my chin, stayed frozen in my stance.
There were many movements he pointed out to me and the entire room. It was amazing! He was able to read what was going on with me just by watching my body language and movements! This is what he calls “Sacred Body Language” because he is working with each person’s higher truths. He facilitated my “upgrade” and kept reminding me to breathe! I felt changed at the end of the demo!
The next morning after I opened my eyes I rolled onto my left hip and the pain was gone from the that area. What a blessing!
I then registered for all of his classes for the rest of the week and I experienced many major “upgrades” and made new friends. At the end of the class yesterday I told him that I felt Source in my body in a new way. I had upgraded to feeling myself as Source. Thank you Bob!
If this sounds interesting at all to you I recommend you visit his website at http://www.masterysystems.com. The work is divine! It created miracles and manifestations! I witnessed several other instant physical healings!
And as Bob asked the class all weekend long when he was working with someone on a particular area “Vote His/Her Victory” …
When we vote victory for others from our heart we are in essence voting victory for ourselves!
I vote YOUR victory for success, happiness and health in your life!

Writing How Do YOU Do It?
Over weekend I took several hours to get some writing completed that I have been wanting to do for several weeks.
I started writing a few times and was never able to make the kind of progress I was desiring.
What was different for me this time?
One, maybe two things…
First, I am a different person than I was several weeks ago. Actually I am a different person than I was when I woke up this morning!
So there is a different energy inside of me that supports me in completing all the tasks at hand.
What was really different for me is that my laptop decided to go to sleep and over the weekend I did not feel like sitting in my home office at my computer.
I get stir crazy sometimes! So I grabbed a stack of paper and drove to Whole Foods (did I mention I love it there?!).
I had all my notes from the 4 part audio series I created recently and I took out a piece of paper and I started writing. To my amazement the words just flowed out of me and before I knew it I had completed five separate marketing letters.
Sure … maybe it was because I was finally ready to knock these letters out but I think it is something much simpler than that!
I was holding a pen in my hand and writing the old fashioned way! Pen to paper writing! What a concept!
If I ever had any blocks with inspiration it is when I am writing marketing copy! So my laptop deciding to take a siesta and leading me to be inspired to simply write by hand was the best thing that could’ve happened.
In a way you can call it “downstream” writing for those of you who follow Abraham! For me it was the path of least resistance!
When I thought about it later I realized that holding the pen in my hand brought out my creativity. It allowed me to be inspired while I write because when I was a child I wrote with my bare hands too!
So I moved past a major stuck point to complete this writing because I listened to inspiration and I took immediate action!
Of course now I am getting ready to type my notes and then there will be some editing but I am much further than I would have been.
Maybe next time I will be inspired how to write just as quickly while I type!
And it sure would be great to have a working laptop again!

Intuition or Inspiration
Last week on a teleclass I was asked if intuition and inspiration are the same and I admitted that it was something that I had been pondering recently.
I said that intuition is something that we have a feeling about … maybe there is a decision that we are trying to make and then we get the answer. Sometimes we meet someone and know instantly about whether we want to associate with this person. For many it is a feeling in the pit of the stomach and that is why intuition is often referred to as a “gut” feeling.
Inspiration is something totally different.
A few years ago I had been pondering the concept of where money comes from in the spiritual sense. Then one day I was standing in my kitchen and I asked this question outloud. I received an answer that told me to interview a series of experts in the field and I said to myself ..”OK.” Then an idea popped into my head that said “Why don’t you interview them and create an audio series and then sell it.”
I stood there just pondering this idea that came through and hit me on my head. I call it getting “zinged!” And I thought about it and made the decision to get started and within 24 hours had already lined up half of the speakers.
When you take immediate and bold action there is a divine flow from the universe that supports your efforts.
So next time you are wondering … “Is it inspiration or is it intuition?” Just tune in…This raises your awareness.
I do believe at times there is a fine line and it is probably not important to know and label whether something is intuition or inspiration.
The most important thing to remember is that we LISTEN and TAKE APPROPRIATE INSPIRED ACTION!
Garden Meditation and Adventure
Recently I was inspired to go out in my garden and pull the many weeds that had been growing. It was really interesting because I had been dreading it for weeks as I watched the weeds grow tall and wide.
When I started pulling weeds it was refreshing and it felt as if I was pulling weeds from my mind. There was a woosh of energy that kept pushing me to do something I would have preferred to hire a gardener for. I began to really enjoy myself and even pulled up a stool to sit on because I was getting tired after spending much more time in the garden than I had planned!
In one way I was really excited I waited so long because some of weeds were long enough to grab several bunches at a time so it was going much faster than I expected.
And then it happened!
It started raining and I did not mind. In fact I kept going and it started to rain really hard and I was just loving it. I had never done anything like that before and it was so exhilarating. My clothes and hair were completely drenched and I was covered with mud.
Fortunately I was wearing my waterproof hiking shoes that went up over my ankles and when I stood up my shoes completely submerged in the earth and I was hysterical with laughter and wished someone could have been there to witness my playfulness and my joyfulness.
This could never have happened had I gone out to pull weeds when I did not feel the inspiration to do it. This is what told me to put on those hiking shoes and to wear the jeans I wore!
When I had enough in the garden I hosed myself down to get all the mud off of me and felt like a child who was having the time of her life!
After I showered I wrapped towels around me and relaxed in a dark room and it reminded me when I traveled to Calistoga, California and spent some time in a spa that all began with being totally submerged in a bathtub of mud! After that I gave myself a pedicure!
Then I relaxed on the lounge chair in my den and looked out at the garden. It was so clean and fresh and I felt the same way.
What I realized in that moment is that I felt close to mother earth in a way that was very new to me and I could’ve sat there for hours except I was getting really hungry!
Usually I drive to Whole Foods or the Chinese restaurant around the corner to pick up my favorite food and this day I felt different and wanted something to match how I felt.
All of a sudden I thought about a Vietnamese restaurant I had not been to in over a year and realized that was where I wanted to be. This particular restaurant is about 20 minutes from my house and near the nursery I like to buy my plants from and it is in a wonderful part of town … lots of really good energy!
So that is what I did and I thoroughly enjoyed myself and then I went to Whole Foods for dessert and shared my story with a friend!!
The entire day and evening was completely inspired from first going out into the garden to my “spa” treatment for myself to eating at restaurant I love with all the tiny details in between. And the deep relaxation and living meditation was immense and pleasurable beyond all measure!
If you enjoyed my story do let me know and I would love to hear any stories you have about living an inspired day!
Love and Inspiration!
