Happy and Safe Halloween everyone!
The blog of Wendy G. Young
I am not sure how I just found this article that Kate Loving Shank wrote about after she and Joan interviewed me but I was delighted to see it!

Wendy G. Young’s Spiritual Grid
Wendy G. Young was on our radio show 6/16/0: Moon, Moo and You: The Collective Wisdom. She is the creator of the Spiritual Grid Manifestation.
The Spiritual Grid Manifestation “came to” Wendy in 1987, when she observed an experience at a Tony Robbins event, which reminded me of two people coming into resonance with the other. She observed two people sitting across from each other and they were able to read each other’s emotions.
A few years later, Wendy got involved in the Ergonomics business and became fascinated by the way people held their bodies. She saw that people held emotion in their posture. This evolved to a concept she began to call “Spiritual Ergonomics” whereby if you can hold emotion, you can also release emotion, through the body.
This concept evolved to the idea that the body is a manifestation tool.
She told Joe Vitale about this idea, and even he thought it was different!
For instance, imagine your desire somewhere in your body. Align your posture in as upright a position as possible. This will change your emotional state to one of more positivity.
Wendy says that when your postural alignment mirrors your emotional alignment, then you are in alignment with the Universe.
When a person comes into a room, you can immediately tell that person’s emotional state. 78% of all communication is nonverbal. A person’s words may not match how they are holding their body. A good example of this is in a job interview. A person is telling you how great they are, yet they are slouched in front of you in their chair.
The intelligent thing to do is not to hire that person assuming the Interviewer is able to read body language.
Wendy just did a series of classes on the Spiritual Grid Manifestation technique and has successfully captured her message on video.
The body needs to be treated as a spiritual temple. It needs good food, plenty of water, balance and moderation in all things. It needs plenty of rest. It needs quiet and exercise and a regimen that allows the body to stay flexible.
Eliminate stress levels from your body and from your life.
We discussed how all illness is directly related to stress. And illness is a great teacher. By reflecting on the body, stress levels and dis-ease within the body, we are motivated to take responsibility for why we have been taken down by imbalances.
The Spiritual Grid flows through you, me, the earth and through all the other dimensions. It appears as a graph to some, but the real energy of the grid is impersonal, unconditional love. A manifestation becomes a wrinkle in the grid. The more we focus on what we want, pay close attention to the manifestation without judgement of whether it is good or bad.
Feel good, no matter what.
Joan and I decided that every guest on our show holds a piece to the larger puzzle called the mystery of life. We said that there is a huge revolution going on and that after a while, all of us will speak the same language.
Mostly this language will be nonverbal. The Spiritual Grid is not THE answer, but it is part of the hologram.
Thank you Wendy, for agreeing to be guest on our show. It was enlightening.

Last Sunday morning I woke up early and the first thing on my mind was decluttering my desk. It had all sort of piles on it for weeks and finally it was time to get organized.
So off to make my morning cup of Yerba Matte and then I went to my office and scooped up everything that was sitting on it and brought it to the den where I had already started my DVD.
I figured I had not watched any movies in a while so I decided to get caught up on movies and organization at the same time. Talk about multi-tasking!
In less than one hour I had organized all the papers that had been sitting on my desk.
Now I was motivated and ran back into my office and gathered the several inch stack sitting on the floor and planted my bottom on the den floor again. I was feeling really motivated to complete this task not having any idea of the reward I would receive at the end!
After working on that stack for a while I decided to get the IKEA rolling cart that I had not looked at in ages. I wanted to get an idea of how much room I would have in my cart for new files so I began pulling and purging everything that I could.
Then one by one I continued going through my stack and labeling new folders. This purging and filing took me all day and I felt so good.
That was the reward…Feeling Good…for no reason!
I kept walking back to my office to look at my desk and the floor. Being a creative type does not mean that I am not organized. It just means that I have so many things going on at times that I do not take the time to create new files or to stay organized.
One of the teaching in Law of Attraction is all about feeling good. If I can feel this good by keeping my desk clean and my office organized then it is number 1 in my book!
Give it a try. Just start with your desk or even just one side of your desk. De-cluttering your desk and office really does de-clutter your mind.
When your mind is free it can create anything you desire!
